Tralux21: The Brick Architect of Famous German Landmarks

Self-introduction
Meet Tralux21, the new kid on the block who's already making a name for himself among the aficionados of famous German buildings. Tralux21, also known as Luca, is a 25-year-old engineering whiz from the beautiful city of Erfurt in central Germany. He shares his life with his girlfriend and their three mischievous cats, who ensure his creative process is never short on feline inspiration (or interruptions)
Day Job by Day, Brick Wizard by Night
By day, Luca works in the car industry, a job he landed after finishing his engineering degree about a year ago. But when the workday ends, he swaps his car blueprints for brick designs and transforms into Tralux21, the mastermind behind some truly spectacular MOCs.
Hiking and Building: The Perfect Combo
When he's not dreaming up his next build, Luca loves to hit the trails for some hiking. Nature not only clears his mind but also sparks ideas for his next project. And boy, does he have projects! To date, Tralux21 has rolled out around 40 replicas of iconic buildings, with many more on the drawing board.
The Magic Formula: Detective Work and DigitalWizardry
Tralux21, burst onto the MOC scene with a bang. His first big project? A replica of his hometown's train station. What started as a wild idea turned into a marathon design session that lasted an entire day and night. When the digital dust settled, Luca had a stunning model that sparked a new passion. Since then, he's been on a roll, recreating everything from local landmarks to iconic buildings from other cities. For Tralux21, MOCs are the ultimate creative outlet. Sure, there are tons of fantastic brick sets out there, but nothing beats building exactly what you envision. With his impressive array of models, Tralux21 is definitely one to watch in the world of famous German buildings enthusiasts.

Tralux21 Inspired By German Brick Adventures

Kamp-Lintfort Abbey
Kamp Abbey, also known as Altenkamp Abbey or Altfield Abbey, was the first Cistercian monastery in Germany, founded in 1123. As the region's first Cistercian foundation, it attracted significant donations and became very wealthy and powerful. The abbey site is still renowned for its terraced gardens and orangery, which have been authentically recreated by Tralux21 using bricks. The most striking and distinctive detail in this set is the terraced gardens. The abbey was largely rebuilt in the 15th century but suffered severe damage during the Reformation. It wasn't fully restored until 1700. During the German secularization in 1802, the abbey was sold off, and much of it was demolished.

Germany's Business Center Tower
The IBC Tower is a skyscraper in the Bockenheim district of Frankfurt, Germany, part of the IBC complex. The tower stands 30 stories tall and reaches a height of 112 meters (367 feet), significantly taller than the other two 10-story buildings, IBC Tower A and IBC Tower B. Deutsche Bank initially planned to use the complex as an investment banking center to consolidate such activities, but the plan was never implemented. Ultimately, Deutsche Bank sold the entire complex to American financial investor Blackstone Group, retaining only Tower B. Tralux21 pays homage to the original by accurately recreating the three towers as a cohesive set.

Germany's Steigerwald Stadium
Germany is a land of castles, with each city boasting numerous historic buildings. For German football fans, entering a stadium feels like stepping into their fortress, akin to walking into a beautiful fairy tale where the city's centuries-old history and family faith flash by. The Bundesliga, Germany's top-tier football league, has always been a breeding ground for top players, known for its open and engaging play style and ranking among the world's top five football leagues.

The Steigerwald Stadium is the home ground of FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt, a club with a history dating back to 1895 and a founding member of the German Football Association in 1900. The team's most successful period was in the 1950s, winning the East German league championship in 1953 and 1955. In 2019, Rot-Weiß Erfurt declared bankruptcy and dissolved their first team, choosing to start anew. The team currently competes in the Northeast Regional League, the fourth tier of German football. Tralux21 has captured the essence of this historic stadium, meticulously replicating its iconic features with bricks.

Germany's Sternberg Brewery
The Sternberg Brewery has a history dating back to 1862, although production only began in 1990. Today, after extensive modernization, the brewery produces up to 1 million bottles of beer daily. Tralux21 has faithfully recreated the key elements of this historic brewery, showcasing the blend of tradition and modernity that defines Sternberg Brewery.

Worcester Cathedral
Worcester Cathedral in Worcestershire, England, is not only an architectural marvel but also the venue for Worcester University's annual graduation ceremonies, presided over by the university chancellor every November for four days. Since 2018, Worcester Cathedral has also hosted the Royal Life Saving Society UK's annual honours celebration, recognizing the long service and achievements of its life-saving members. The cathedral's origins date back to 680 as a monastery, with the current structure built between 1084 and 1504. Worcester Cathedral features classic English church architectural characteristics, with its most famous feature being the central spire. Tralux21 has expertly recreated this spire and the intricate details of the cathedral, making it a standout piece in their collection.
