- This Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner MOC-58435, was Licensed and Designed by LegoArtisan.
- Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner is an alternative build of the Downtown Diner. It comprises of 2100 pieces. While other alternative builds of modular buildings tend to steer away from the original design, Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner has been designed to complement the original set. The color scheme and small builds of furniture from the original set were used to ensure that the alternate build can be considered as an extension of as shown when the buildings are placed side by side. With a cohesive theme from the ground floor to the top floor, Jim's Bowling Alley & Diner can also stand on its own as an individual modular building.
- The ground floor is a very spacious bowling alley with 3 lanes, a cashier that rents off colorful bowling shoes (represented by 1x1 plates) and a small toilet. The second floor is the diner that has more seating and includes a climbing wall and arcade racing game, which makes it perfect for a child's birthday party. It also has an outside area which leads to the top floor, The top floor has another outside seating area and a small movie area, reminiscent of an outdoor movie theater. This makes the building a perfect place for family parties where the grown ups can play bowling, the kids can play and the teens can watch movies.
- The design uses some uncommon building styles which makes it somewhat of a hybrid of a modular and doll-house style. A lot of SNOT techniques were used especially for the facade but ensures that it is strong and stable.
