- Information about the original: The class 23 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn was a light passenger train steam locomotive. It was intended as a replacement for the Prussian P 8. The procurement of 800 locomotives was planned, however, due to the Second World War, series production could not be started. Starting in 1950, 105 examples of the newly designed class for medium-heavy passenger train and light express train service were built by several locomotive manufacturers for the German Federal Railroad. With 105 built, the 1'C1' class 23 locomotives were by far the highest-volume DB new locomotive series.
- Information about the moc: The locomotive is as detailed as possible without losing the driving characteristics. In the tender is enough space for a motorization, which can be converted with little effort. This moc is designed in 8 studs wide and has a length of 61 studs and a height of 13 studs. All parts in white can be replaced with any color, because they are not visible from the outside.
