Model Description: Designed and authorized by Thomas Maier, this is a module of the German Neuschwanstein Castle brick model, specifically the right building and right tower of the castle gatehouse. Collecting all modules completes an oversized model of Neuschwanstein, meticulously replicating this iconic landmark with high-level design techniques in both exterior and interior, resulting in an epic brick display piece.
Background: Neuschwanstein Castle, built in the summer of 1868, is located in southwestern Bavaria, Germany, and is a symbol of Germany itself. This castle was one of the palaces of Bavarian King Ludwig II. With a total of 360 rooms, only 14 were completed according to the original design, while the other 346 rooms remained unfinished due to the king's death in 1886. Neuschwanstein Castle is one of the most photographed buildings in Germany and remains one of its most popular tourist attractions.
